Q:What colors and fonts can I choose from when ordering a personalized item?
A: We have several fonts, designs, and colors to choose from. Each item will show the fonts and color choices available. If you have a special request, please send us an email ("Contact Us"). Shipping
Q: How much is shipping and how long will it take for my order to be shipped? A: Items are shipped via Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Shipping is $6.95 for your entire order. Most items are shipped within 7 business days. Please allow up to 10 business days for custom embroidery or monogramming to be completed. Returns Q: What is your return policy? A: Returns will be accepted on items within 14 days of shipping, unless it is a custom embroidered item. You may request a refund or exchange. All items must be unworn with the tags attached and in the same condtion in which it was purchased to be determined by The Butterbean Tent. Sorry, custom embroidery or monogrammed items cannot be returned.
We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. |
